Safe work environment We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, and providing excellent customer service.
The Front Desk Manager will also be expected to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and handling customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure quality service.
Ensure that all front desk staff are properly trained and up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
