Responsibilities - Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries over the phone and in person, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information.
- Assist with dental administrative tasks such as verifying insurance coverage, treatment plans and collecting co-payments.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Great attitude and experience in dental insurances is preferred.
